It’s Friday night and your boss takes you out for a team dinner. Your server kindly hands you the wine list and your mind starts to race. You don’t want to embarrass yourself by mispronouncing that ‘Gewürztraminer’ that is suggested as the wine pairing with your Moroccan dish, so you take the easy route and order the Malbec. Not only does this pairing clash in tastes but it also does you a disservice for not complimenting the dish’s flavor.
