When you are working on the line at Vita Nova- presentation is everything. Students not only work towards a perfectly cooked dish, but one that looks even better then it tastes. Check out these three dishes that look almost too good to eat. GRILLED BERKSHIRE PORK CHOPThis gorgeous pork chop is served with a lentil caviar, broccoli rabe, chervil butter and topped with a rosemary glace and sweet potato chips. OVEN ROASTED BLACK BASSOur sea bass is served with a saffron risotto and snap peas. The fish is also topped with our chervil butter. PAN SEARED FAROE ISLAND SALMONThe salmon is sat on top of a bed of black rice , served with edamame and roasted shallots. We drizzle a beurre blanc around the plate to finish the dish.
